- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 cup peach puree or fresh peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a solid crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy using a mixer.
- Gradually add 1 cup of sugar, mixing until incorporated.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in your baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Mix the peach puree or diced peaches with the flour, cinnamon, and brown sugar in another bowl.
- Spoon this peach mixture over the cheesecake layer, spreading it out gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the middle.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store these bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. They can be frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator when ready to enjoy.
