Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides of the slices with olive oil.
  4. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Wash the peaches, remove the pit, and dice them into small pieces.
  6. Combine the diced peaches with honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  7. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
