- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: Start by placing the 6 large eggs in a large pot. Cover them completely with water.
- Boil the Water: Bring the water to a rolling boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Ice Water Bath: After 10 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water.
- Peel the Eggs: Once cool, gently crack the shells and peel under cold running water.
- Slice and Scoop: Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the Filling: Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites or use a piping bag for decoration.
- Garnish: Sprinkle paprika on top of each deviled egg.
