- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the eggs by placing them in a large pot and covering with water.
- Boil the water until it reaches a rolling boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for about 10 minutes.
- Ice the eggs by transferring them to a bowl of ice water for quick cooling.
- Peel the eggs under cold running water to make shell removal easier.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the filling by mashing the yolks with mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, using a piping bag for presentation if desired.
- Garnish with paprika on top of each deviled egg.
