Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs by placing them in a large pot and covering with water.
  2. Boil the water until it reaches a rolling boil, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Ice the eggs by transferring them to a bowl of ice water for quick cooling.
  4. Peel the eggs under cold running water to make shell removal easier.
  5. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  6. Prepare the filling by mashing the yolks with mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, using a piping bag for presentation if desired.
  8. Garnish with paprika on top of each deviled egg.
