Description
A delicious blend of juicy beef and gooey melted cheese grilled between slices of golden bread.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese (American or Cheddar)
- 1 large onion (caramelized)
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add slices of bread. On one side, place a slice of cheese.
- Place a patty on top of the cheese followed by caramelized onions and another slice of cheese. Top with another slice of bread.
- Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice or sautéed mushrooms for a richer flavor.
