Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat for best results)
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or thyme)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for coating)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, soften cream cheese at room temperature. Add fresh herbs, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop small portions of cream cheese mixture and roll them into balls (about 1-inch in diameter). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Spread grated Parmesan cheese on a flat surface. Roll each cream cheese ball in the Parmesan to coat.
- If baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking sheet with olive oil. If frying, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara, ranch, or spicy buffalo sauce. Can be baked for a healthier option or fried for a crispy treat.
