- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
