Description

Crispy on the outside and soft inside, these Parmesan Crusted Baked Potato Wedges are a delicious and easy side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Place the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can mix panko breadcrumbs with the cheese. You can also try different herbs for flavor variations.
