Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, Parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls or bombs, keeping them uniform in size.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
