- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbles for topping
- 2 cups whipped cream or frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies carefully.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream or frosting and sprinkle with Oreo cookie crumbles.
