- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ÂĽ tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- ÂĽ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter (for grilling)
- Optional: chopped parsley or basil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it is lightly golden and just cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat. Sprinkle cheese, add the seasoned chicken, and top with grated Parmesan.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and then roll tightly, ensuring the seam stays underneath.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill the wraps seam-side down until golden on both sides.
- Let the wraps rest, then slice in half and serve hot.
