Instructions
- Slice the onions into thin rings and gently separate the rings.
- Prepare the flour mixture by mixing all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the onion rings in the flour mixture, ensuring each ring is well coated.
- Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the onion rings in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve warm.
Notes
For variation, try adding cayenne pepper for heat or Parmesan cheese for a cheesy flavor.
