Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (your choice)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Mix in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in rice, paprika, salt, and pepper, coating everything well.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  8. Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
