- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Mix in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in rice, paprika, salt, and pepper, coating everything well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
