Scale
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in the beef broth or water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the rotini pasta.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and has absorbed some of the liquid.
