- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or parmesan)
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
- Once the pasta is tender, stir in the heavy cream and cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
