- Potatoes (cubed)

- Salt & pepper
- Green beans (trimmed)
- Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, toss together the sausage, cubed potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add the trimmed green beans and stir to combine.
- Return the dish to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until everything is golden brown and cooked through.
