Description

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (cubed)

  • Salt & pepper
  • Green beans (trimmed)
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, toss together the sausage, cubed potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the dish in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, add the trimmed green beans and stir to combine.
  5. Return the dish to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until everything is golden brown and cooked through.
