Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet.

- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
