- 1 tsp paprika

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the countertop and measure everything out.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add sliced smoked sausage and diced bell peppers; cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
