- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 fresh lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the cod and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cod is flaky and cooked through.
- Serve with rice, veggies, or a salad.
