- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually until well blended.
- Fold in the raisins.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
