Delicious and healthy No Bake Vegan Date Brownies that are easy to prepare and satisfy your sweet tooth without any guilt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the mixture by combining the pitted dates, nuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if desired), vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor. Blend until sticky.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Press the blended mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a solid layer.
- Add toppings by sprinkling shredded coconut on top and press gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into squares and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
