Description

Delicious and healthy No Bake Vegan Date Brownies that are easy to prepare and satisfy your sweet tooth without any guilt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture by combining the pitted dates, nuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if desired), vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor. Blend until sticky.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Press the blended mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a solid layer.
  4. Add toppings by sprinkling shredded coconut on top and press gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Slice into squares and serve.
