Delicious No-Bake Samoa Cookie Bites combining chocolate, caramel, coconut, and graham crackers for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into bite-sized molds or a lined baking dish.
- Mix the shredded coconut with the caramel sauce in another bowl until well coated.
- Spoon the coconut-caramel mixture on top of the graham cracker base.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
