Description

Delicious No-Bake Samoa Cookie Bites combining chocolate, caramel, coconut, and graham crackers for a quick and easy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into bite-sized molds or a lined baking dish.
  3. Mix the shredded coconut with the caramel sauce in another bowl until well coated.
  4. Spoon the coconut-caramel mixture on top of the graham cracker base.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
