Description

Easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter cheesecake balls coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)
  • Optional coatings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll it into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate or roll them in your choice of coatings.
  6. Return them to the baking sheet and let them set in the fridge.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
