Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, peppermint extract, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl.

- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
