Description

Delightful no-bake mini cheesecakes that are creamy, easy to make, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Red and green sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Fill mini cheesecake cups with graham cracker crumbs, then add the cream cheese mixture on top.
  5. Chill for at least 240 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. Before serving, top with red and green sprinkles.
