- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Red and green sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Fill mini cheesecake cups with graham cracker crumbs, then add the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 240 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, top with red and green sprinkles.
Notes
Make sure to keep the sprinkles separate until just before serving for the best presentation.
