Description

Delicious no-bake mini cheesecakes with chocolate and peanut butter flavors, perfect for parties or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Place one Reese’s peanut butter cup at the bottom of each mini cupcake liner.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the peanut butter filling over the Reese’s cups in each liner.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
