- 8 Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mini cupcake liners
Instructions
- Place one Reese’s peanut butter cup at the bottom of each mini cupcake liner.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling over the Reese’s cups in each liner.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
