- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the almond butter and coconut oil. Place the pan over low heat and stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the honey and rolled oats until everything is evenly combined.
- Drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper and flatten slightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes, or in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to a few days, in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
