Description

Delicious no-bake cookie dough bars topped with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and milk until well combined.
  3. Press the cookie dough mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined square baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cookie dough layer.
  6. Melt additional chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the peanut butter layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
