Delicious no-bake cookie dough bars topped with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chocolate chips and milk until well combined.
- Press the cookie dough mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined square baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cookie dough layer.
- Melt additional chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
