These no-bake coconut cream balls are quick and easy to make, featuring a sweet coconut filling coated in chocolate.

- 2½ cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 8 ounces chocolate (white, milk, or semi-sweet), melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Scoop small portions and roll into smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the coconut balls for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then return to parchment paper. Allow to set before serving.
Notes
You can press a nut on top of each ball before the chocolate sets if you like a crunch.
