Description

Delicious and easy no-bake coconut cream balls coated in chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 8 ounces chocolate (white, milk, or semi-sweet), melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix well until fully combined. If desired, fold in chopped nuts.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  5. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, and return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
