- 2½ cups crushed sandwich cookies
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups whipped topping (divided)
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed sandwich cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread it over the cookie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Then spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 days.
