Description

Delicious no-bake chocolate protein bars that make a perfect snack or breakfast option, packed with oats and protein powder.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats and protein powder together.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup), then add in the milk until well mixed.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
