Delicious no-bake chocolate protein bars that make a perfect snack or breakfast option, packed with oats and protein powder.
Ingredients

- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the oats and protein powder together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup), then add in the milk until well mixed.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until firm.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
