Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, mashed banana, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish in an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
