- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cherry pie filling until well combined.
- Add the Cool Whip and carefully mix until uniform.
- Pour the cherry-cream cheese mixture into the chocolate graham cracker crust.
- Swirl in extra Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, be sure your cream cheese is softened and don’t skip the chilling time for proper setting.
