Description

A delightful and easy no-bake dessert that captures the classic flavors of a banana split, perfect for warm days and various occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas and crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit layer.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.

Notes

For best results, chill for at least 2 hours before serving. You can modify the fruits and nuts based on your preference.
