Description

A delicious and healthy No-Bake Apple Tartlet featuring fresh apples, creamy filling, and a crunchy crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dates, pitted
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut cream (or whipped cream, optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and pecans until finely chopped. Add the coconut oil and blend until the mixture sticks together.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the base of tartlet molds to create crusts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the apple mixture over the prepared crusts, distributing evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the tartlets for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve with coconut cream or whipped cream on top.

Notes

Ensure the crust is packed firmly to prevent it from falling apart. Chill for adequate time to enhance flavor.
