Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates and pecans until finely chopped. Add the coconut oil and blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of tartlet molds to create crusts.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the prepared crusts, distributing evenly.
- Refrigerate the tartlets for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve with coconut cream or whipped cream on top.
