Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking pan by greasing a 9×5-inch loaf pan or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well to combine.
- Incorporate the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract into the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
- In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
