Description

A deliciously bold burger stuffed with New Orleans flavors, combining olives, salami, and mozzarella for a unique twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salami, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped olives, chopped salami, mozzarella, capers, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a patty, making an indentation in the center.
  3. Stuff the indentation with additional olives, if desired, and seal the meat around the filling.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve on burger buns with optional toppings.
