A delightful drink combining rich chocolate, sweet strawberries, and smooth cream for an indulgent latte experience.
Ingredients

- 1.5 tbsp chocolate rooibos tea
- 6 oz water
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate syrup (for marbling the glass)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (very cold)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
- Fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Boil 6 oz of water and steep 1.5 tbsp of chocolate rooibos tea for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add a pinch of sea salt to the brewed tea.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of the serving glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the brewed tea over the ice in the glass.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Mix milk and strawberry syrup together in another bowl.
- Layer the milk and strawberry mixture over the tea and ice, then top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately to retain freshness and presentation. Adjust sweetness according to preference.
