Description

A delightful combination of juicy chicken, creamy sauce, and comforting spaghetti that is sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • Water for boiling

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously. Gradually mix in the Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the Italian seasoning to the sauce and stir to incorporate.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the creamy sauce and mix until well coated.
  7. Top the pasta with sliced chicken and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread or a green salad for a complete meal.
