- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the beef in the air fryer at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes until crispy, tossing halfway.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the fried beef to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic and ginger.
- Stir in green onions and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
