Description

A delightful dish featuring tender sliced sirloin beef tossed with a flavorful soy sauce marinade, cooked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the beef in the air fryer at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes until crispy, tossing halfway.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add the fried beef to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic and ginger.
  6. Stir in green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Slice the beef against the grain for tenderness. For a lighter option, substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
