- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the melted butter until combined.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pie pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and return the pie to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until steaming, then remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the melted marshmallows. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent treat.
