Description

A delightful chocolate dessert featuring a rich brownie base topped with gooey marshmallows and creamy chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the melted butter until combined.
  4. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pie pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and return the pie to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until steaming, then remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
  9. Pour the ganache over the melted marshmallows. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
