Deliciously fun sliders combining juicy cheeseburgers with crunchy tater tots on top.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Slider buns or mini burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
- Shape the ground beef into small patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a cheeseburger patty on each slider bun, adding cooked tater tots on top, and optional toppings as desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Keep buns and toppings separate if you plan to store them. Add fresh toppings after reheating to keep them crisp.
