- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped pecans, mixing well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pecan mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen if well-wrapped.
