- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, allow the dish to cool, then transfer to an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
