- 1 cup Cheddar cheese

- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped

- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Sandwich rolls
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onions and green bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Slice the sandwich rolls and spread mayonnaise on each side.
- Fill the rolls with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
