- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
