Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook ground chicken until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in spinach, olives, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Serve warm.
