Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook ground chicken until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in spinach, olives, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until spinach wilts.
