Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, basil pesto, burrata, and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Toss in the crunchy pine nuts and fresh arugula.
